Curriculum
The curriculum utilized by the Kids Depot is individualized to meet the specific needs of each child in our care.
Our Teachers provide creative, hands-on activities allowing children to learn through experimentation and exploration and encourages development of higher-order thinking skills.
Smaller ratio classes expose children to teacher directed situations along with child initiated activities.
To assist with our program of study we focus on the following interest areas: blocks, house corner/dramatic play, table toys, art, sand and water, library, music and movement and outside play along with theme-based activities.
We focus on facilitating the development of the whole child: social, intellectual, emotional and physical through developmentally appropriate activities, based on sound educational theories about how children learn and develop.
